This is why we offer every customer a 2-year warranty guarantee with their Uccello Kettle.
In the unlikely event that your kettle is broken or faulty, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will resolve this issue immediately.
When you contact our customer care team, we would ask that you:
- Provide a description of the issue/fault.
- The receipt from purchase (in store) or the order number if you purchased from our website (this will be in the ‘Order Confirmation’ email you received directly after you purchased on our website).
- The batch code/batch number of the kettle – you will find this on the base of the Uccello Kettle vessel.
